COURSE REGISTRATION TERMS
Unless otherwise communicated prior to the start of your course, Boston Area Spanish Exchange - BASE (the
School) and you (the registered Student) agree to the following:
1. The School guarantees quality Spanish as a Foreign Language instruction and conversational opportunities.
2. The maximum number of students in the Small-Group Program is ten.
3. The School may postpone the starting date of classes if the minimum number of students has not been
4. Payment of tuition will reserve the Student a seat in a level-specific course schedule selected from the options
specified by the Student upon completing the on-line registration.

compatibility; the Student will communicate to the School if course placement is believed inaccurate.

has not been paid in full by two weeks prior to the starting date of the course.
9. Adjustments to the curriculum may be made in agreement with the School, instructors, and all members of a
particular Small Group.
10. The curriculum may change depending of the interest of the entire group.

5. In the event of an electronic refund requested by the Student, the 4% electronic payment processing fee as
well as the 4% processing fee for electronic refunds will be deducted from the total refund.
