Job Title: Communications and Administrative Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time

Location: remotely and in Downtown Boston

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are looking for administrative help in a variety of areas, most immediately with email marketing, sales and fielding basic inquiries.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an affinity with languages, at least a curiosity

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience managing email marketing, optimizing Mailchimp features

  • Be able to work independently

  • Have strong, professional interpersonal skills

  • Have experience in multicultural settings and working with a diverse team

  • Have experience managing multiple social media accounts

Preferred qualifications include:

  • fluency in English, Spanish and other languages

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
