On the registration form, you will indicate remote, in-person or either option.
English courses are held in Downtown Crossing. In an effort to chip away at the thousands-deep wait-list for free or affordable English-learning opportunities in Boston, BASE is proud to offer conversational English classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
This schedule and courses are subject to additions and/or cancellations as needed.
At this time courses will run as groups are formed. There will be a maximum of eight to twelve students per course to maximize the development of conversation skills.
Classes will be held online or at 101 Arch St. A photo id will be needed to gain access to the building.
Weekly: Beginners
One 1.5 hour class a week:
Friday | 5:30 – 7:00PM
Weekly: Intermediate
One 1.5 hour class a week:
Friday | 7:15 – 8:45PM
Semi-intensive: Beginners
Two 2.5 hour classes a week or One 1.5 hour class Fridays:
Monday and Wednesday 1 – 4:00PM
Tuesday and Thursday 9a – 12:00PM
Friday 10:00AM – 4:00PM
Semi-intensive: Intermediate
Two 3 hour classes a week:
Monday and Wednesday 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Tuesday and Thursday 1 – 4:00PM
Ultra-Intensive
Four 3 hour classes a week:
Monday through Thursday 9:00AM – 12:00PM

Registrations will be made by appointment only based on a critical mass with compatible levels and schedules.
