Colombian artist Constanza Aguirre is presenting her work on paper at the Urbano Studio, in Jamaica Plain. The exhibition is called “Wandering in the land of Oblivion” and gives a glance at figures in movement, performing gestures of human labor, in a context of deshumanization and displacing. All inspired in her compatriots who have been forced to move due to the Colombian narcotics war and civil conflicts.
