This recital honors the great Mexican poet Rosario Castellanos on the centennial of her birth. Through a selection of her most powerful poems, including Lamentación de Dido, lets explore her unique voice, poetic rhythm, and deep reflections on identity, injustice, and the human condition. Come to experience the emotional and literary richness of one of the most important writers in the Spanish language. This recital will be directed and led by Ana Laura Santamaría, with the special participation of Patricio Garza and Bárbara Gutiérrez.
